Excellence in materials: advanced solutions for realisation

With an unwavering commitment to innovation and quality, we carefully select the strongest and most reliable materials available on the market. Every step of our process, from design to production, is geared towards ensuring maximum durability and optimal performance of our profiles. Reliability, strength and quality are the pillars on which we build our reputation, ensuring robust solutions for your most demanding industrial needs.

This allows the company to produce unique products and to select the most suitable material, depending on the customer's requirements and needs and the sector in which they are to be used, thanks to the possibility of a variety of solutions.

Carbon Steel

Carbon Steel

Black Steel: Black carbon steel is a primary material, characterized by its untreated surface directly from the steel mill. It retains a layer of mill scale and iron oxide, produced through a hot rolling process.Pickled Steel: Hot-rolled steel that has been stripped of surface impurities. It is then treated with corrosion inhibitors to preserve the clean surface obtained during the pickling process.Cold-Rolled Steel: This steel undergoes a cold rolling process to reduce its thickness. It requires minimal maintenance, offers excellent durability, and has an appealing aesthetic.

Coated Sheets

Coated Sheets

Galvanized Steel (Sendzimir/Aluzinc/Magnelis or Electrogalvanized)The Sendzimir process involves hot-dip galvanization. Pickled material is immersed in molten zinc at 700°C, forming a zinc layer that protects the steel from corrosion, with the amount of zinc applied being carefully regulated.Prepainted/Plastic-Coated SteelPrepainted galvanized steel undergoes an additional bath coating process that enhances resistance to atmospheric agents. Plastic-coated steel follows a similar procedure, with the application of an adhesive plastic film for added protection.

Inox steel

Inox steel

Stainless steels, also known as Inox, are better suited to resist oxidation and corrosion in humid environments or freshwater compared to carbon steels. This is due to their low carbon content and the addition of chromium, which forms a protective oxide layer.Stainless steel is available in annealed finishes such as BA, 2B, 2D, and 2E, produced through hot rolling followed by cold rolling to achieve the desired finish. Other options include brushed or satin finishes for smooth surfaces that resist dirt accumulation, making them ideal for industries like food processing and marine applications.

Aluminum

Aluminum

Aluminum can be produced from recycled products or bauxite. It is a versatile and sustainable material with high recyclability and low energy costs.Highly resistant to corrosion due to its natural surface oxidation, aluminum is widely used in industries such as transportation, construction, and building. Its lightweight nature, one-third the weight of steel, combined with its excellent workability and ductility, makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Copper

Copper

Copper sheets are produced through the rolling of slabs obtained from continuous casting. Cu-ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) copper is electrolytically refined and treated with pinewood to minimize oxidation. This material is oxygen-containing and phosphorus-free.Unlike oxygen, phosphorus reduces electrical conductivity, making Cu-ETP copper ideal for electrical and electrotechnical applications. It is primarily used in electrical panels, welding equipment, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and components for plant engineering and thermal exchange systems.

Never standard: machining

The key to our success is the customisation of our profiles, which we can guarantee thanks to our wide range of processing.

Resistant and aesthetically pleasing finishes, given by plasticisation, or precise customisation given by marking, we at Profilsystem define cuts and shapes for profiles that are as customised as possible.

With the ultimate goal of increasing the structural strength of your profiles, each of our processes will be carried out with extreme craftsmanship precision to create high-quality customised profiles.
